The experience of several banks and institutions had to go into a paper that is short and says what to do.

1. Developed the interview guide and the evaluation grid.
2. Brought recurring principles and measures together.
3. Finished the text through to publication.

• Best practices condensed to the point where a bank can start with them.
• Usable outside the project group too, because the points for action are concrete.

Lessons

• A paper gets read when the method is sound and the text says without detours what to do.
