  • The need is foreseeable but does not fit into a single project.
  • Commissioning each piece costs more internal time than the work itself.
  • You want someone who already knows the context when it gets urgent.

How it works

  • An agreed number of days per month
  • Reliable availability instead of a request loop for every topic
  • Called off as needed: analysis one week, steering the next, a session after that
  • A reduced rate compared with individual assignments

Typical scope: From around 4 days a month, over at least 3 months.
